- Own the full hiring plan to go-live. Volume clinical recruitment against fixed dates, not a rolling pipeline.

- Build the sourcing network. Nursing colleges, paramedical institutes, agencies and referral channels across

- Durgapur, Asansol, Kolkata and the wider East.

- Run the process end to end. Screening, interview coordination with clinical heads, offers, negotiation,

- onboarding.

- Protect conversion. Offer-to-join drop-off is the main risk at this location. Candidate experience,

- follow-through and relocation support are yours.

- Award and manage outsourced contracts. Housekeeping, security, GDA and canteen — roughly 185 people
- across four vendors.

- Credentialing. Verified qualifications and registrations for every clinical hire, ready for audit.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
