About the Role

Ajanta Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development (Lat Am) to support and grow our business across Latin American markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2 B business development, distributor/partner management, commercial negotiations and market analysis, along with a good understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate B2 B partners and distributors and manage relationships with external partners. Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal,



Finance and Supply Chain. Evaluate and analyze market data to identify new product and business opportunities. Develop business models and prepare P& L for potential opportunities. Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Chile.

Profile

B. Pharm / MBA qualification. 7–9 years of relevant experience for Manager level. 10–12 years of relevant experience for Sr. Manager level. Strong experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in distributor/partner identification and relationship management. Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills. Good understanding of Latin American markets and regulatory requirements. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
