- About the RoleOur client is looking for an experienced Manager /Senior Manager – Stock Broking Operations to lead the end-to-end operations of a growing stock broking business.This is not a pure compliance role.We are looking for someone who has managed the day-to-day operations of a small or mid-sized stock broking firm, including RMS, settlements, client operations, banking, billing, surveillance, reconciliations and regulatory compliance.

nWhat You'll Be Responsible ForLead end-to-end broking operations across the organisation.

- Manage RMS, client exposure monitoring and trading limits.
n
- Oversee settlements, pay-in / pay-out and reconciliation processes.
n
- Manage client ledgers, banking operations and fund movements.
n
- Supervise billing, collections and operational workflows.
n
- Coordinate with Accounts, RMS, Compliance, Depository and Operations teams.
n
- Handle CDSL / NSDL operational coordination.
n
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, KYC, AML and PMLA requirements.
n
- Coordinate exchange, internal and statutory audits.
n




- Prepare operational MIS and management reports.
n
- Improve operational processes, SOPs and internal controls.
n
- Lead and mentor the operations team.
n

nWe're Looking For Someone Who Has10–18 years of experience in Stock Broking / Capital Markets.

n

n
- Hands-on experience managing broking operations in a small or mid-sized broking company.
n
- Strong exposure to RMS, settlements, client operations and reconciliations.
n
- Experience in banking, billing, collections and operational controls.
n
- Working knowledge of CDSL / NSDL.
n
- Good understanding of SEBI, NSE & BSE regulations.
n
- Experience coordinating audits and regulatory reporting.
n
- Robust team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
