Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage US Partnership Tax compliance, including preparing Form 1065 and related schedules.

- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for tax return preparation.

- Review and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure timely submission of tax returns to the IRS while maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in US partnership taxation (Form 1065).

- Robust knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) principles.

- Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements using software like QuickBooks or Xero.
