Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory compliance, and employee advantages.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to employees through various payment modes (cash, cheque, ECS).
- Maintain HR operations by ensuring compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement in hospital's compensation structure.
Job Requirements :
- 9-12 years of experience in Payroll Management & HR Operations in a Hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws like Provident Fund Act 1952, Employees State Insurance Corporation Act 1948 etc.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
