Key Responsibilities

- Lead OneStream implementation and transformation projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Act as a functional and technical SME for the OneStream platform and advise clients on best practices and solution design.
- Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into effective OneStream solutions.
- Design and develop solutions using OneStream Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow, Data Management, Security, and Extensible Dimensionality.
- Provide expertise across OneStream modules including Financial Close, Planning, Consolidation, Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, and Reporting.
- Lead integration and data transformation activities involving ERP and other source systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other financial systems.
- Review and optimize Business Rules, calculations, data loads, integrations, and application performance.
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment activities.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.
- Mentor and guide OneStream consultants and developers, including task allocation, technical reviews, and capability development.
- Work closely with client finance and IT teams to understand business processes and deliver solutions aligned with their requirements.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, estimations, proposals, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and optimization of existing OneStream applications.




- Manage production support, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation requirements, testing procedures, and implementation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 years of experience in EPM/FP&A;/Financial Systems, with significant hands-on experience in OneStream.
- Strong experience in OneStream application design, development, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of OneStream Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow, Data Management, Security, and Extensible Dimensionality.
- Experience with VB.NET, SQL, and OneStream APIs.
- Experience designing and optimizing complex financial calculations and data models.
- Robust understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with ERP integrations, particularly SAP or similar financial systems.
- Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing client-facing engagements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- OneStream certification(s) or demonstrated expertise in the OneStream platform.
- Experience with Transaction Matching, Account Reconciliation, MarketPlace solutions, or other OneStream modules.
- Experience working on large-scale OneStream implementations and application upgrades.
- Experience in consulting environments and managing multiple client stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Experience with Agile/project delivery methodologies.
