Restaurant Manager Job Type: Full-time Department: Operations Reports To: General Manager / Owner Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service, excellent guest experience and effective team performance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth opening, service and closing. Supervise the FOH team, service staff, bar and support staff during operations.

Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Store and Purchase teams . Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and guest experience . Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, discipline and daily briefings.

Train and motivate staff to maintain company service standards. Handle guest feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution. Monitor table allocation, reservations, order accuracy and service speed.

Monitor daily sales, billing, discounts and complimentary orders. Support the management in achieving sales and cost-control targets . Monitor inventory, wastage, breakage and stock requirements and coordinate with the Store/Purchase team.





Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, hygiene and food-safety standards . Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI, safety and hygiene requirements . Conduct regular floor checks and take immediate corrective action when required.

Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to the General Manager/Owner.

Candidate

Requirements 6 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations, preferably in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role. Strong knowledge of restaurant FOH operations and service standards . Positive team-management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities. Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills. Hands-on and comfortable working during busy service periods. Knowledge of POS and restaurant management systems.

Hotel

Management / Hospitality qualification preferred.
