Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate architectural design development across all stages with architects, structural and MEP consultants, and key stakeholders, ensuring design alignment, feasibility, and timely deliverables.

- Review architectural drawings, structural plans, MEP layouts, and BIM-based design packages, with hands-on proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and analysis tools.

- Oversee construction documentation and conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent, quality standards, and specifications are effectively implemented, while resolving design and execution-related challenges.

- Manage design development, execution, and value engineering initiatives to achieve project timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost objectives; assess the cost implications of design packages in coordination with the Cost Team/consultants.

- Coordinate with lighting, landscape, acoustics, VT, sustainability, and other specialist consultants, ensuring compliance with project design briefs, applicable Mumbai DCR/codal requirements, and sustainability standards such as IGBC certification.

- Collaborate closely with PMC,



project management, construction, contracts, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, effective execution, cost monitoring, and accurate BOQs.

- Support consultant and contract management activities, including RFPs, consultant selection, contract finalization, amendments, billing, scheduling of deliverables, and quality assurance of project drawings and documentation.

Requirements –

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is essential; a Master’s degree in Architecture will be preferred.

- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of relevant architectural experience.

- Experience in handling commercial and residential projects, preferably with exposure to the real estate sector.

- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, with sound knowledge of building materials, construction execution, and Mumbai DCR requirements.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
