About Inclearning
Inclearning is a leadership and managerial skills organisation. We exist because of one problem that organisations have never solved: they promote their best individual contributors into manager roles and then leave them to figure it out. The cost shows up in attrition, disengagement, and teams that quietly underperform.
Our flagship program, The Complete Manager, is built on three capabilities every manager must get right — Conversations, Judgement, and Direction — and is delivered for first-time managers and for experienced managers who were never formally taught the job. Alongside it, we run focused leadership skill programs. What makes us different is practice, not lectures: PerformTalk, our AI-driven simulation tool, lets managers rehearse real performance and feedback conversations before they have them for real.
We are early and lean. Every person on the team works close to the client and close to the product. This role is no exception.
What this role is A Management Trainee in Consulting sits between the client and the people who deliver. On one side, you understand what a client's L&D; or HR team is trying to fix and explain how our solution addresses it. On the other, you work with our facilitators, program designers, simulation and content experts to make sure what was promised is exactly what gets delivered — on time, in the right shape, without the client ever having to chase.
It is a role for someone who likes both thinking and doing. You will be in client conversations and you will be in delivery spreadsheets, sometimes on the same day.
What you will own
Explain the solution. Understand The Complete Manager, our leadership programs, and PerformTalk well enough to walk a client through them — what the program does, how a cohort is structured,
what the manager experiences week by week, and what the organisation gets at the end. You will support the business development team in discovery calls and proposals, and take the lead on solution walkthroughs once a client is engaged.
Diagnose before prescribing. Ask the questions that surface what a client actually needs — cohort profile, current manager challenges, past training that did or did not work — and translate that into a program design recommendation with our experts.
Orchestrate delivery. Own the delivery plan for each engagement: cohort schedules, facilitator allocation, PerformTalk setup, pre-work, session logistics, participant communication, and post-program follow-through. You are the one person who knows where every engagement stands.
Partner with experts. Work with facilitators, content designers, and the product team so that each expert has what they need and the client sees one seamless experience rather than a collection of hand-offs. When something slips, you catch it early and fix it.
Be the client's point of contact during delivery. Run check-ins with the client's L&D; or HR sponsor, report on progress and participation, handle changes in scope or schedule, and close each engagement with a explicit impact summary.
Capture and improve. Collect participant feedback, facilitator observations, and client reactions after every cohort. Bring back what should change in the program, the materials, or the simulation.
Build the playbook. Document how we deliver — checklists, templates, timelines — so that the next engagement is smoother than the last.
Who we are looking for
- MBA or BBA from a good institution, with 0–2 years of experience. Internships or projects in consulting, HR, L&D;, or client-facing roles are a plus, not a requirement.
- Clear communicator. You can take a complex idea and explain it simply to someone who has five minutes and a different priority.
- Organised to the point of being slightly obsessive. You notice the detail that will become a problem in three weeks, and you deal with it now.
- Works well with experts. You are comfortable coordinating people who are senior to you and more expert than you, without either deferring to them or talking over them.
- Curious about people and learning. You are interested in how managers are made and how adults actually learn. You will be talking about this every day.
- Ownership instinct. A trainee here gets real ownership within weeks, not months. You need to want that.
- Hands-on with tools. CRM, project trackers, LinkedIn, and AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis. We use AI heavily and expect you to as well.
What you get
- A real trainee program, not a holding pen. A structured twelve months across solutioning, delivery, and client management, working directly with the leadership team, with a defined path to a Consultant role.
- The full arc of consulting. You will see how enterprise L&D; engagements are scoped, sold, designed, delivered, and measured — end to end — in your first year.
- A product with a genuine edge. AI-driven practice for managers is where corporate learning is heading. You will be building the delivery model for it.
- Compensation: Fixed stipend of [range] during the trainee period, with a performance-linked revision on conversion.
