Qualifications

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electromechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, sensors, and control panels.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting ultrasonic welding equipment and pneumatic clinching machines preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on factory equipment and utilities.

- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and electromechanical faults in machines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasonic welding equipment to ensure consistent performance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic clinching machines for reliable operation.




- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during maintenance work.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
