Role & responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Handle fitting, assembly, dismantling, and installation of mechanical components.
- Perform maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, shafts, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
- Carry out alignment, lubrication, and replacement of worn-out components.
- Support maintenance activities during machine breakdowns and shutdowns.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team for smooth machine operation.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
- Hands-on experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Willingness to work in shifts.
