Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain Mainframe applications.

- Work on COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM-based applications.

- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in Mainframe Development.

- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.

- Valuable knowledge of VSAM and Mainframe Utilities.

- Experience in development, maintenance, and production support.

- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain.

- Exposure to Endevor, Changeman, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of Mainframe batch processing and scheduling.
