About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Scientist with strong hands-on expertise in Python, statistics, predictive modelling and production-grade ML solutions.

This is an Individual Contributor role for someone who can independently work across data analysis, model development, deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business and product requirements into practical data science and machine learning solutions.
- Extract and work with data from APIs, databases and multiple data sources.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends and actionable insights.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development and evaluation.
- Build, fine-tune and optimize machine learning models for production use cases.
- Deploy ML models and integrate them with applications through REST APIs.
- Improve model accuracy, performance, scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams on AI/ML initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, security and governance across the ML lifecycle.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.

Must-Have Skills

- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Predictive Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modelling and machine learning.




- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, regression, sampling and experimental design.
- Experience developing predictive models and deriving insights from large datasets.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, forecasting and optimization techniques.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating ML models into production environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- Experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehouses or big-data technologies.
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
