- Shifts: Rotational
- Transportation: 2-way cab facility up to 30 km

Responsibilities

- Handle customer/service-related queries through email and internal systems
- Process and update requests accurately within the given timelines
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests and issues
- Support backend processes such as order processing, cancellations, refunds and updates
- Maintain and update data using MS Excel and MS Word
- Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and meet process targets
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions

Eligibility

- Only 2026 Graduates can apply




- Education: BA / BBA / B.Com
- Graduation Certificate is Mandatory
- Freshers are eligible
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work as per business requirements
