F&B; Manager – Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B; staff.
- Monitor sales, revenue, costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Stores, Purchase, and other departments.
- Plan and supervise banquets, events, and special functions.
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
- Drive revenue growth through promotions and upselling.
