- Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Giving guidelines to clients on phone and whatsapp
- effectively handle all registration and billing for Health Check and OPD clients
- promptly replying to clients queries
- To guide the Clients with the information of the services
- handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification- Any Graduate,
- Explicit speaking and writing abilities
- Patience and empathy when dealing with angry clients
- Ability to use computers and CRM software
- Good time management and multitasking skills
Shift Timing
- 8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm
- Monday to Saturday working (Sunday fixed off)
