Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and operational activities.
- Handle customer queries, orders, and service-related requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
- Maintain daily records, reports, and required documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow up with customers and provide regular updates.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, or operations preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
