Seeking an experienced Order Management professional with hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order Fulfillment and Order Management processes. Responsible for managing customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Order Management and Order Fulfillment activities.
- Create and modify Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Notes, Invoices, and Shipping Documents.
- Validate and process customer orders with high accuracy.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution through email and other channels.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing activities.




- Ensure compliance with SLA, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Order Management processes.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle.
- Experience working on SAP (SD/MM preferred) for order processing and customer order management.
- Knowledge of PO, SO, Delivery, Billing, and Shipping documentation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
