- Delayed Fund Recovery: Overseeing negotiations and settlements with late paying customers, establishing repayment plans, and working to recover outstanding funds Availability Management: Monitor day-to-day availability, including, providing availability on respective platforms for hold/booking, and release to ensure timely

- Associates and Customer Service: Ensuring effective and respectful communication with associates and customers, providing assistance, addressing inquiries or concerns

- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining solid relationships with associates, customers, and internal departments to foster collaboration and maintain positive associates and customer experiences.

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant RERA Agreements, JDA Patta procedures, home loan guidelines and rules and regulations of company regarding hold/booking/release of plots and payment including maintaining appropriate documentation, as well as staying updated on legal requirements and best practices to minimize legal risks

- Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports on collection performance,



analyzing data and trends, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to senior to support decisionmaking and strategy formulation

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and enhancing fund and documents collection processes to increase efficiency, reduce delay rates, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the fund and documents collection function

- Team Management: Overseeing and leading a team of township managers, setting performance goals, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and building a highperforming and motivated team

- Training and Development: Providing training to township managers as well as team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their roles and meet collection targets

- Any other works assigned by the seniors

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
