Job Overview

We are hiring Outbound Voice Process Executives to handle customer calls related to loan recovery and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan recovery and collection payments.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Accurately update call records, customer details, and payment information in the system.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow the required process guidelines.

Salary & Perks
- Freshers: ₹18,000 per month + PF + Performance Incentives

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass & Above
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age Limit: 18–32 Years
- Communication: Good communication skills are required.

Language Requirements Candidates should have fluency in:

English + any one of the following:

- Kannada
- Telugu
- Tamil

Candidates fluent in English, Kannada, and Telugu are also preferred.
