Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business through direct sales and field visits.
- Identify and acquire customers for Loan Against Property, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, field visits, networking, and market activities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.




- Collect and verify required customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, conversions, pipeline, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
