Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Loan Officer who can handle both provided leads and cold calling, understand customer requirements, convince potential customers, and convert leads into successful business.

The key responsibility of this role is customer convincing, regular follow-up, and business generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and handle company-provided leads and conduct cold calling to generate new business.
- Understand the customer's financial requirements and identify the right loan product.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, process, and benefits to customers.
- Convince and motivate customers to proceed with the loan process.
- Maintain regular and effective follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
- Convert potential leads into genuine business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Collect and verify required customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with customers, bankers, and internal teams throughout the loan process.
- Handle customer queries and provide regular updates until the complete loan process is finished/disbursed.




- Maintain proper records and follow up on pending documents and cases.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
- Basic knowledge of loan products will be an advantage

What We Are Looking For: Someone who is confident on calls, understands customer needs, follows up consistently, and has the ability to convert potential customers into business.
