Position: Line Leader Openings: 4 Location: Vani, Viramgam, Ahmedabad Experience: 2–4 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Qualification: Diploma / Mechanical Industry Preference: Plastic Injection Moulding Key Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day activities of the production line. Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources. Monitor production as per daily plan and targets.

Ensure smooth operation of the line with minimum downtime. Monitor quality, productivity and rejection on the production line. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments for resolving line issues.

Ensure adherence to SOP, work instructions and safety standards. Identify production/process issues and take immediate corrective action. Maintain production records, shift reports and other required documentation.

Monitor housekeeping and 5S activities on the shop floor.



Train and guide operators/team members on process requirements. Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected/non-conforming parts. Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

Required Skills Good knowledge of production line operations. Robust manpower handling and team management skills. Knowledge of quality and production processes. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
