Position Details

- Position: Line Leader

- Openings: 4

- Location: Vani, Viramgam, Ahmedabad

- Experience: 2–4 Years

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical

- Industry Preference: Automotive / Ancillary / Plastic Injection Moulding

- Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Candidates Preferred

Key Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities of the production line.

- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

- Monitor production as per daily plan and targets.

- Ensure smooth operation of the line with minimum downtime.

- Monitor quality, productivity and rejection on the production line.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments for resolving line issues.

- Ensure adherence to SOP, work instructions and safety standards.





- Identify production/process issues and take immediate corrective action.

- Maintain production records, shift reports and other required documentation.

- Monitor housekeeping and 5S activities on the shop floor.

- Train and guide operators/team members on process requirements.

- Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected/non-conforming parts.

- Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

- Valuable knowledge of production line operations.

- Strong manpower handling and team management skills.

- Knowledge of quality and production processes.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹12,134.43 - ₹36,137.24 per month
