Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Life Insurance

Agent will meet and interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Daily tasks include explaining policy features and benefits, preparing quotes and proposals, assisting clients with applications and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, supporting them with claims-related guidance,



policy renewals, and updates.

The agent will collaborate with branch teams, participate in training and sales meetings, and adhere to regulatory and organizational standards while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to match products to client needs.
- Knowledge of Insurance and basic Finance concepts to explain policy terms, returns, and risk coverage clearly.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage a growing portfolio of policyholders.
- Comfort with fieldwork in Hyderabad and using phone, email, and digital tools for remote client interactions.
- Minimum educational qualification of SSC is required ; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain all required licenses and certifications as per regulatory and company guidelines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
