We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Manager.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Litigation & Dispute Management, along with exposure to corporate legal and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage domestic and international litigation and disputes.
- Manage consumer, employment, contractual, arbitration and court matters.
- Coordinate with external and international legal counsels.
- Support litigation strategy, legal research, evidence, documentation and case management.
- Assist with settlement discussions and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Handle legal notices and provide legal advice to internal teams.
- Advise on employment law, regulatory compliance,
data privacy and IP matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support internal compliance.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Product and Business teams on legal matters.
Requirements
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong experience specifically in Litigation & Dispute Management.
- Positive understanding of contractual, employment and regulatory matters.
- Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience working with external/foreign counsels is an advantage.
- Exposure to cross-border legal matters is a plus.
