About the Role

HA&Co.; is inviting applications for a Legal Internship designed for law students who want meaningful practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, corporate work and professional legal practice.

The selected intern will work closely with advocates and the litigation team and assist in matters across different areas of law. The internship is intended to provide hands-on exposure to actual legal assignments rather than being limited to academic or observational work.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist advocates and the litigation team in ongoing legal matters.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, rules and regulatory developments.
- Assist in drafting petitions, applications, notices, replies, legal opinions, agreements and other legal documents.
- Prepare case summaries, chronologies, research notes and case-law compilations.
- Review legal documents and organise case-related records.
- Assist with litigation preparation and hearing-related work.
- Support corporate, commercial, regulatory and compliance assignments.
- Assist in agreement review, corporate documentation and legal due diligence.
- Coordinate with the legal team regarding assigned matters and deadlines.
- Undertake other legal and professional assignments under the supervision of advocates.

Candidates should

- Be pursuing or have recently completed an LL.B. or integrated law degree.
- Have a genuine interest in legal research and drafting.
- Be willing to work across litigation, corporate and other legal practice areas.
- Be available for immediate joining or able to join at the earliest.




- Be comfortable regularly attending the Aluva, Ernakulam office.
- Have a personal laptop available for internship-related work.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Be responsible, punctual and capable of maintaining professional confidentiality.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
