- Risk Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: MD / CEO About BimacureBimacure is a claims assistance and financial-legal consultation platform that helps policyholders with existing insurance-related matters, including claim resolution and policy-related grievances.

Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies and SOPs. Review customer documents, agreements, KYC and case records. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, process violations and irregularities.

Detect and investigate suspected fraud, document manipulation and misconduct. Verify customer complaints and disputed cases based on available evidence. Monitor employee, RM, telecaller and partner compliance.

Maintain risk and investigation records and prepare reports for management.



Recommend corrective actions and preventive controls to reduce operational and fraud risks.

Required Qualifications &

- SkillsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB preferred). 0-2 years of relevant experience in legal, corporate law, compliance, insurance/claims, fraud investigation, audit or risk management. Strong analytical, investigation and report-writing skills. Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems. Strong communication, questioning and decision-making skills. High integrity, confidentiality and professional judgment. Role RequirementThe candidate must be capable of independent and confidential investigation , including reviewing records, questioning employees/partners and escalating suspected misconduct directly to senior management.

Primary Objective: Protect Bimacure from fraud, internal discrepancies, operational misconduct, documentation manipulation and compliance risks.
