Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee IT operations projects, ensuring standards and collaboration.
2. Lead technical operations engineers, guiding, mentoring, and reviewing.
3. Develop and implement strategies for system reliability and performance.
4. Manage monitoring, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructure.
5. Collaborate with teams for seamless system deployment and integration.
6. Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
7. Drive automation and improvements to boost operational efficiency.
8. Prepare and present operational reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Education Requirement B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement 9 - 15 years
