About the Role

We are looking for a senior Process Excellence and Business Transformation professional who can identify complex business problems, redesign processes, drive technology-enabled transformation and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, turnaround time, customer experience and operational control.

This is a hands-on transformation leadership role, requiring the ability to move from problem identification root-cause analysis solution design technology/process implementation change management measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will combine solid process excellence, project/program management, business quality and technology transformation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Process Excellence & Re-engineering

- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, control gaps and sources of business leakage.
- Lead end-to-end process re-engineering / BPR initiatives.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, Value Stream Mapping and other structured improvement methodologies.
- Simplify and standardise processes across functions/business units.
- Build sustainable processes rather than one-time fixes.

Business Quality

- Establish and improve business quality frameworks, KPIs and quality governance.
- Identify recurring defects, failure points and customer-impacting issues.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.
- Establish quality dashboards,



controls and early-warning mechanisms.
- Improve First-Time-Right, TAT, SLA adherence, productivity and customer experience.

Digital & Technology Transformation

- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow digitisation, AI/ML, RPA, analytics and technology-enabled process improvement.
- Partner with IT/Product/Technology teams to translate business problems into technology solutions.
- Evaluate whether a problem requires process redesign, automation, technology or a combination of these.
- Drive adoption and ensure technology implementations deliver the intended business outcome.

Project / Program Management

- Lead multiple strategic transformation projects from conception to implementation.
- Define scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and business outcomes.
- Establish governance mechanisms and executive-level reporting.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Quality, Finance and other functions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with measurable ROI.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

- Use data to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and management reporting for transformation initiatives.
- Establish baseline target benefit realisation frameworks.




- Track and quantify improvements in cost, productivity, quality, TAT and customer outcomes.

Change Management

- Drive adoption of redesigned processes across teams.
- Work with business leaders to manage resistance and embed new ways of working.
- Create SOPs, governance mechanisms, training and process ownership structures.
- Ensure improvements are sustained after project closure.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to solve large, ambiguous business problems and convert them into measurable improvements.

Essential Experience

- 1218 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Quality, Operations Excellence, Consulting or Strategic Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale process re-engineering / transformation initiatives.
- Strong exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong project/program management experience.
- Experience working with technology teams on digital transformation, automation or workflow redesign.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to quantify business impact.

Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / equivalent certification.
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is an advantage.
- Exposure to RPA, AI, GenAI, workflow automation, BPM, BI/analytics or digital platforms.
- Experience in a complex, high-volume, process-driven organisation.
- Consulting experience from a reputed consulting organisation is an advantage.
