Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential customers, conduct outbound outreach and generate qualified business leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers according to the company's target audience.
- Research companies, industries and key decision-makers.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms for prospecting.
- Run targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools to assist with research and personalized communication.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process.
- Respond to prospect queries and identify interested leads.
- Qualify prospects and arrange meetings with the sales team.




- Maintain daily records of outreach, responses and qualified leads.
- Work towards monthly lead and meeting-generation targets.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation, BDE, business development, inside sales or outbound sales.
- Experience in email outreach and digital prospecting.
- Knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp business outreach.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up ability and target-oriented approach.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
