Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure timely closure of books.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP).

- Lead Finance & Accounts, financial reporting and accounting operations.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory requirements.

- Manage audit coordination, finalization of accounts and internal controls.

- Handle budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, MIS and financial planning.

- Oversee project-wise costing, profitability, collections and vendor payments.

- Ensure RERA compliance and proper accounting of project costs and capitalization.

- Drive SOPs, process improvements and team management.

Candidate Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with solid experience in Real Estate Finance & Accounts, taxation, audit, compliance and project accounting. Working knowledge of SAP/Tally preferred.
