About the Role

We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver advanced AI solutions across Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP and Computer Vision. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions for business use cases.
- Build applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents and multimodal AI.
- Work on NLP, Computer Vision and deep learning solutions.
- Develop, fine-tune and optimize AI/ML models for production use.
- Lead AI architecture, technical decisions and engineering best practices.
- Build APIs, microservices and AI pipelines for deployment.
- Work with AWS/Azure/GCP, MLOps and model serving.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and convert business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Guide and mentor engineers across AI/ML projects.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.




- Strong Python and hands-on machine learning experience.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI agents / LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex.
- Robust knowledge of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras.
- Knowledge of Transformers, OpenCV, YOLO or R-CNN.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB or Weaviate.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps/model deployment.
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.

Good to have: Multimodal AI, Docker/Kubernetes, FastAPI/Flask, NVIDIA Triton and large-scale AI/ML pipelines. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice will be preferred.

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
