Tech Solution Architect - AI & Transformation

We are seeking a Tech Solution Architect - AI & Transformation to advise clients on technology-led transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on the application of artificial intelligence to enterprise business processes and operating models.

Key responsibilities :

Client advisory and current-state assessment :

- Lead structured discovery and assessment engagements across business processes, technology environments, applications, data and operating models.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business objectives, operating processes, technology landscape and strategic priorities.
- Assess existing technology capabilities, architectural considerations, data availability, integration landscape and implementation constraints.
- Identify process inefficiencies, technology gaps, operational challenges and areas of improvement through stakeholder discussions and structured analysis.

AI and technology transformation :

- Identify and evaluate opportunities for applying AI, GenAI and emerging technologies to enterprise business processes.
- Assess the suitability of AI-based approaches against conventional technology, process redesign and automation alternatives.




- Develop a practical understanding of AI capabilities including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Solution architecture and solution shaping :

- Translate business and transformation requirements into high-level solution concepts and target-state architectures.
- Define the key technology, data, integration, AI and application components required to support proposed solutions.
- Evaluate architectural options and articulate relevant technology choices, dependencies and trade-offs.

Required experience and qualifications :

- 10 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, enterprise technology, solution architecture, digital transformation or technology implementation, with significant experience working with Banking and Financial Services (BFS) clients.
- Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services business processes, operating models and technology environments.
- Solid working knowledge of AI and GenAI concepts and their application within enterprise environments.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
