- Source MRO and industrial products from reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Identify recent vendors and develop a strong supplier network.

- Handle RFQs, quotation collection, comparison and negotiation.

- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products/vendors from the market.

- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, quality and delivery timelines.

- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure competitive procurement.

- Manage the procurement process from requirement identification to order fulfillment.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and B2B customers for smooth execution.

- Maintain vendor and product information accurately in the system.

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Support sourcing of mechanical, electrical, safety, tools, consumables and other industrial MRO products.

- Identify alternative suppliers/products to improve cost competitiveness and availability.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 2–5 years of experience in MRO procurement, sourcing, industrial purchase or indirect procurement.

- Experience in industrial products / engineering / manufacturing / automation / electrical / mechanical sectors preferred.

- Strong understanding of MRO products and industrial components.

- Hands-on experience with RFQs, vendor sourcing, quotation comparison and price negotiation.

- Good vendor management and communication skills.

- Candidates with B2B industrial sourcing/procurement experience will be preferred.

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related engineering fields preferred.

Pay: ₹328,075.83 - ₹800,000.00 per year
