Roles and responsibilities.
Seller Onboarding: Identify & onboard high-potential sellers onto the Flipkart marketplace.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their long-term success & satisfaction.
Business Growth: Analyze performance metrics to develop and implement strategies that scale seller business and maximize revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 12 years of experience in E-commerce, Field Sales, or Account Management.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting skilled relationships.
Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel daily for on-site seller meetings.
