F2F PMC is looking for a Junior Planning Engineer to support project planning, progress monitoring, scheduling, and reporting.

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: Freshers or minimum 1 year Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update baseline, master & look-ahead schedules.
- Develop WBS, activity sequencing and project timelines.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Assist in recovery plans, resource planning and project dashboards.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and contractors.
- Support delay, EOT and claim-related documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in planning/project controls.
- Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of critical path, progress monitoring and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
