Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser with 2-3 years of experience in the garment/apparel industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of garment products and trims and should be comfortable coordinating between the factory and buying team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle garment product knowledge and understand product requirements.

Coordinate with clients and buying teams regarding product-related requirements and queries.

Manage and follow up on trims required for production.

Coordinate between the factory and buying team to resolve day-to-day issues.

Follow up on production requirements and ensure timely communication between teams.

Support smooth execution of orders from sampling to production.





Identify and coordinate resolution of minor production or product-related issues.

Maintain effective communication and follow-up with factories, buyers, and internal teams.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Junior Merchandiser in the garment/apparel industry.

Good knowledge of garment products, trims, and merchandising processes.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle client/buying team requirements.

Ability to coordinate with factory teams and resolve minor issues.

NIFT candidates preferred.

Experience in garment manufacturing/export houses will be an added advantage
