Junior Advocate – Litigation (Navi Mumbai)

Compensation: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Advocate with 2–3 years of practical litigation experience to join our legal team. The candidate should be comfortable with court work, legal drafting, filing and legal research.

Key Responsibilities

- Attending courts and assisting senior advocates
- Drafting legal notices, petitions, applications and pleadings
- Filing matters and handling e-filing/physical filing
- Conducting legal research and case-law research
- Preparing case briefs and hearing notes
- Monitoring cases, hearing dates and filing requirements
- Coordinating with clients, courts and other stakeholders
- Maintaining case files and litigation records

Who Should Apply?
- LL.B. graduate with 2–3 years of litigation experience




- Valid Bar Council Licence is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in legal drafting and filing
- Willing to regularly travel to courts
- Comfortable handling on-ground litigation work
- Positive legal research and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Must have a personal laptop
- Available for full-time work from Navi Mumbai
