Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support the Interior Design team in developing and executing residential interior projects.

The candidate will assist in concept development, space planning, 2D drawings, 3D designs, material selection, presentations, client coordination, and site execution, ensuring that the final output meets the approved design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Interior Design & Space Planning

- Assist in developing interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
- Develop concepts for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential spaces.
- Assist in selecting furniture, finishes, colours, lighting, and interior materials.
- Prepare mood boards and material boards.

1. Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare detailed 2D interior drawings and working drawings.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Update drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Maintain proper design documentation and drawing records.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, civil, electrical, and plumbing requirements.

1. 3D Design & Visualization

- Prepare 3D models and interior views for presentations.
- Create realistic renders and visualizations where required.
- Assist in developing design presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with 3D visualizers to achieve the required design output.

1. Material & Vendor Coordination

- Assist in selecting suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples, quotations, and product information.
- Maintain material specifications and selection records.
- Support the team in identifying materials within the project budget.

1. Site Coordination

- Visit project sites to monitor interior design execution.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Interior Finishing Engineers, contractors, and vendors.




- Ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify design/execution issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions.

1. Client Coordination

- Assist Senior Interior Designers during client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client preferences and requirements.
- Incorporate approved design changes into drawings and presentations.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the design process.

Required Skills

- Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.

Software Skills

Good working knowledge of

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max / Revit – preferred
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion – preferred
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in:

- Residential interiors
- Luxury homes / villas
- Interior fit-out projects
- Construction companies
- Interior design firms
- Turnkey projects

- Timely completion of design assignments.
- Accuracy and quality of drawings.
- Quality of 3D designs and presentations.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be creative, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and technically capable, with a strong interest in residential interiors and construction. Experience in premium residential projects, luxury villas, and turnkey construction projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,452.37 - ₹45,116.97 per month
