About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer with 1–2 years of experience in the interior design/modular interiors industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of modular interiors, be eager to learn, and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced design and execution environment.

The candidate should be willing to learn Naadi software and adapt to the company's design processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing 2D drawings, 3D designs, and interior layouts for residential projects.
- Work on modular kitchen, wardrobe, storage, and other modular furniture designs.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate them into design solutions.
- Assist Senior Designers in design presentations, material selections, and client discussions.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and production teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits and understand measurements and site conditions.
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for modular production.
- Make necessary design revisions while maintaining project timelines.
- Learn and effectively use Naadi software for design and project-related work.
- Follow company processes, documentation standards, and project timelines.
- Continuously improve knowledge of materials, hardware,



modular construction, and interior execution.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in the interior design field.
- Prior experience in the modular interiors industry is preferred/required.
- Basic knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, and furniture.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or relevant interior design software.
- Willingness to learn Naadi software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand drawings and site measurements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
- Ability to work within deadlines and follow established processes.
- Should be comfortable with site visits and coordination with execution teams.
