Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive – Recruitment to join our HR team and take responsibility for supporting and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, be comfortable speaking with candidates, and have a target-oriented approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day recruitment and hiring activities.

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidates for basic suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.

- Coordinate salary discussions, offer sharing, and joining formalities.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.





- Coordinate recruitment for multiple departments and positions simultaneously.

- Prepare and publish job descriptions and job postings on relevant platforms.

- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.

- Track recruitment metrics such as applications, shortlisted candidates, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.

- Support employee onboarding and documentation after selection.

- Assist the HR team with other HR activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.

- Comfortable making recruitment calls and conducting initial screening.

- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
