Job Title: Junior CFD Engineer

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Pune Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform geometry cleanup using Ansys DesignModeler or Discovery.
- Create high-quality meshes using Fluent Mesher, ICEM CFD, or Ansys Meshing.
- Set up solvers for turbulence, subsonic, and supersonic models.
- Conduct CFD simulations using Ansys Fluent or CFX.
- Analyze fluid flow to identify design flaws and propose optimizations for safety and efficiency.
- Postprocess results using Ansys Fluent or CFD-Post and prepare technical reports for the design and manufacturing teams.
- Utilize virtual testing to minimize physical prototyping.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on CAE experience, specifically with fixed-wing aircraft or drones.

- Skills: Solid background in fluid mechanics, an understanding of airflow, and experience with 1D, 2D, and 3D numerical simulations. Proficiency in Ansys Fluent, CFX, or Simulia Fluid Flow is required; Python scripting skills for automation are a plus.

Job Title: Junior FEA Engineer

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Pune Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:





- Perform geometry cleanup using Ansys DesignModeler or Discovery.

- Create high-quality surface and volume meshes using Ansys Meshing.
- Conduct Static, Dynamic and transient simulations using Ansys Workbench.
- Analyze stress and force transfer to identify design flaws and propose optimizations for safety and efficiency.
- Postprocess results and prepare technical reports for the design and manufacturing teams.
- Utilize virtual testing to minimize physical prototyping.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on CAE experience, specifically with fixed-wing aircraft or drones.

- Skills: Strong background in solid mechanics, an understanding of aircraft loads and experience with 1D, 2D, and 3D numerical simulations. Proficiency in Ansys Workbench and Abaqus is required; Python scripting skills for automation are a plus.
