Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Draftsman to assist our Design & Engineering team in preparing accurate 2D architectural drawings and 3D front elevation designs for residential construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and basic building construction practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Create 3D front elevation / façade designs for residential buildings.
- Develop 3D models based on floor plans and client requirements.
- Modify drawings and 3D designs based on engineer, architect, or client requirements.
- Prepare drawings as per approved designs and site requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors.
- Take site measurements and update drawings when required.
- Prepare drawings for site execution and approvals.
- Maintain proper records and organized drawing files.
- Ensure drawings and 3D designs are accurate and completed within the required timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Positive knowledge of 3D modeling and front elevation design.




- Basic understanding of building construction and residential layouts.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD 2D – Architectural and working drawings.
- SketchUp / 3D Software – 3D modeling and front elevation design.
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray – 3D rendering and visualization is an added advantage.
- Revit – Basic knowledge is an added advantage.
- MS Office – Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.

Preferred Skills
- Ability to design modern residential front elevations and façades.
- Ability to convert 2D floor plans into 3D elevation concepts.
- Good understanding of building proportions, materials, colours, and façade elements.
- Good design sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new design and construction software.
