Junior Advocate – Litigation (Navi Mumbai)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Engagement: Full time | Initial 6–8 Months

Compensation: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month during the initial period

Work Mode: Office + Court Visits

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Advocate who is keen to build practical experience in litigation and court work. The candidate should be comfortable working on-ground, travelling to courts and handling filing-related responsibilities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- LL.B. degree is mandatory
- Sanad and valid Bar Council Licence are mandatory
- 2–3 years of practical litigation experience preferred
- Must have hands-on knowledge of court filing and procedures
- Should be comfortable with regular court visits and court-running work
- Willingness to travel for court and legal assignments
- Must have a personal laptop
- Good drafting and legal research skills
- Should be proactive, responsible and willing to learn

Role & Responsibilities




- Attending courts and handling court-related work
- Filing and follow-up of matters
- Legal drafting and documentation
- Legal research and case preparation
- Assisting senior advocates
- Monitoring hearings and case updates
- Handling day-to-day litigation assignments

Growth Opportunity The initial 6–8 months will be an opportunity to demonstrate your litigation skills and work ethic, with compensation of ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month. Based on performance and suitability, candidates may be offered a full-time position with salary as per company standards after the initial period.
