Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of CSR to lead, manage, and execute the organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing CSR strategies, identifying and managing social-impact projects, coordinating with NGOs and community organizations, ensuring effective utilization of CSR funds, and measuring the impact of various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company’s overall CSR strategy and annual action plan.
- Identify, plan, and execute CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, livelihood development, women empowerment, environmental sustainability, community development, and other social-impact initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end execution of CSR projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and impact assessment.
- Identify and coordinate with NGOs, implementing agencies, government departments, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits to monitor the progress and quality of CSR projects.
- Ensure that CSR activities are implemented effectively and within approved budgets and timelines.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, presentations, progress reports, MIS, and impact reports for management review.
- Monitor and evaluate the social impact and outcomes of CSR initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to CSR projects, beneficiaries, expenditures, and activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, management, and external partners for smooth execution of CSR programs.
- Support CSR audits, compliance requirements, and statutory reporting as applicable.




- Develop partnerships with credible NGOs and social organizations for long-term CSR initiatives.
- Organize and participate in community events, awareness campaigns, distribution drives, health camps, educational programs, and other CSR activities.
- Track project performance through defined KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Research new opportunities and innovative initiatives that can create measurable social impact.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible utilization of CSR resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO management, social development, community projects, or corporate social initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of CSR project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Valuable understanding of CSR compliance and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in working with NGOs, government bodies, communities, and implementing agencies.
- Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and project monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and preparation of reports/MIS.
