JOB DETAILS

- Receive verify and store raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and other inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials
- Follow FIFO or FEFO practices as applicable
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements
- Prepare and maintain material receipt, issue, transfer, and dispatch records
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or excess inventory
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organized storage of the warehouse or store area
- Follow pharmaceutical industry GMP, SOP, safety, and hygiene requirements
- Maintain records related to material movement and inventory
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records
- Ensure materials are stored under appropriate conditions as specified

REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store Executive, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with FIFO or FEFO and proper material storage practices




- Basic knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer knowledge;

experience with ERP or SAP will be an advantage

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
