JOB DETAILSSOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT The Employee shall manage operate and coordinate official digital platforms of the Organization including but not limited to:

- content scheduling and publishing
- platform monitoring
- maintenance of branding consistency
- page coordination and growth management
- audience engagement monitoring
- profile optimization
- ensuring timely posting and execution across assigned brands and profiles

DIGITAL BRAND COORDINATION The Employee shall coordinate and manage the digital presentation, branding and professional positioning of the Organization, associated businesses and designated management/professional profiles assigned by management. This shall include:

- reel planning and execution
- social media content coordination
- photography and video coordination
- qualified profile management
- public brand positioning
- digital communication assistance
- content planning for events meetings and campaigns
- online visibility enhancement initiatives

CONTENT PLANNING & EXECUTION The Employee shall:

- prepare monthly weekly and daily content plans
- coordinate content shoots and production schedules
- assist in developing captions scripts content concepts and campaign ideas
- coordinate with editors designers photographers videographers and agencies
- organize digital media libraries folders and archives
- ensure timely execution of approved content plans

The Employee shall ensure that all content reflects professionalism, brand consistency and organizational standards.

SHORT-FORM CONTENT & GROWTH STRATEGY The Employee shall focus on digital growth and audience engagement through strategic content execution including:

- reels
- short-form videos
- trend-based content
- platform-specific strategies
- audience engagement activities
- growth-focused campaigns
- promotional content initiatives

The Employee shall stay updated regarding:
- social media trends
- algorithm updates
- platform features
- trending audio/content formats
- competitor analysis
- emerging digital strategies

The Employee shall proactively suggest creative and growth-oriented ideas to management.

ACCOUNT, ACCESS & DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT The Employee shall responsibly handle and manage organizational digital systems and assets including:

- social media accounts
- Meta Business Suite
- advertising accounts
- shared drives
- Google accounts
- Canva and design platforms
- cloud storage systems
- communication systems
- scheduling tools
- digital media archives

The Employee shall:
- maintain confidentiality of credentials
- protect organizational access and digital assets
- follow security protocols
- prevent unauthorized access or misuse
- immediately report security concerns or account compromise
