Job For R & D Executive in Rajkot Reputed Composites Manufacturing Company Requires R & D Executive

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and development for new products.
- Develop and improve existing products and formulations.
- Perform laboratory testing and analyze test results.
- Conduct trials and experiments as per product requirements.
- Maintain proper records of R&D; activities, testing, and trials.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for product development.
- Ensure products meet required quality and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot product/process-related issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in R&D; / Product Development / Laboratory Testing.
- Relevant qualification in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Good knowledge of laboratory testing and product development processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Innovative,



detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.

- Any Graduation With Relevant Experience
