JOB DETAILS Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales consultants and relationship managers. Set monthly sales quotas and monitor team productivity. Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for vehicle volume, pricing margins, and add-ons (insurance, accessories, extended warranties).

Oversee daily showroom floor operations. Monitor inventory levels to ensure the proper mix of stock for maximum turnover efficiency based on market demand. Build long-term relationships with retail and corporate clients.

Step in to assist sales staff with appraisals, complex negotiations, and closing critical deals.
